What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the primary product expert for Global Trade, providing advanced recommendations and solutions for customer needs
  • Develop and implement customer success plans, aligning with client objectives for continuous value realization
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address challenges in Global Trade implementations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer feedback and support expansion opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster customer advocacy in global trade compliance
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or a related client-facing role within a SaaS environment
  • Deep expertise with One Source Global Trade (formerly known as Integration Point)
  • Experience with Gainsight or Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills for managing customer journeys and conflict resolution
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Functional/technical skills in SaaS implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications
  • Experience working with cloud software solutions and delivery models
