Travel Advisor

Job Title: Remote Travel Advisor Hourly Pay: $25 - $31/hour

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Travel Advisor to help clients plan exceptional travel experiences. In this role, you’ll provide expert guidance on destinations, book personalized trips, and assist with logistics from start to finish. • Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and goals
• Plan and book travel including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and tours
• Advise on travel requirements such as visas, insurance, and documentation
• Stay informed on travel trends, destinations, and promotional offers
• Handle booking changes, cancellations, and issues with professionalism
• Maintain client records and preferences for future planning
• Coordinate group travel and corporate bookings when needed
• Collaborate with vendors to secure the best travel options
• Provide personalized recommendations to enhance each trip

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Tourism or Hospitality preferred
• 2+ years in travel advising or a related customer service role
• Strong knowledge of global destinations and booking platforms
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficient with travel software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple clients and travel plans simultaneously
• Customer-focused mindset and passion for travel

Hourly pay: $25 - $31
