Your Main Responsibilities
Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls
Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services
Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
Perform back-office tasks that may involve outbound calls
Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success
Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
Provide operational feedback and elevate cases when needed
Salary Package With & Without Accommodation
Whats Offered
Salary :
Up to1,000 +performance & complexity bonus gross / monthly (14 salaries per year)
Relocation Support (exceptional, for candidates moving from abroad)
Accommodation Option :
Studio apartment in a company shared building for up to 12 months
Rent : 280 / month , all utilities included (deducted from payslip)
Working Conditions
40 hours / week + 1 hour lunch break
22 vacation days per year
If you work on a Portuguese public holiday, you receive a compensation day
