Job Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues via inbound/outbound calls or internet communication
  • Utilize call flow guide to provide assistance and resolve problems
  • Document and retrieve information in databases
  • Offer additional products and services to support customer success
Qualifications
  • Fluent in both English and French
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of six months of customer service or sales experience
