Position: Customer Service / Tech Support Rep – Tech Products (Night Shift, Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
  • Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services, such as smartphones and computers
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences while providing support
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Strong focus on building customer relationships
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Technical support experience
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • A quiet, distraction-free work environment at home
