Position: Customer Service / Tech Support Rep – Tech Products (Night Shift, Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
  • Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Offer additional products and/or services while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, and computers
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Strong focus on building customer relationships
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
