Position: Customer Service / Tech Support Rep – Tech Products (Night Shift, Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
  • Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products, such as smartphones and computers
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences while offering additional products and services
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer navigation and a quiet, distraction‑free workspace
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Technical support experience
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Strong focus on building customer relationships
  • A desktop or laptop for testing purposes
