Position: Customer Service / Tech Support Rep – Tech Products (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for client products and services
  • Answer inbound customer inquiries using a structured call flow guide
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software
  • Document and track information in databases
  • Maintain a broad knowledge of client products, including smartphones, tablets, and computers
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong focus on building customer relationships
  • Proficiency in using technology and explaining technical concepts
  • Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free home environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
