Position: Customer Service / Tech Support Rep – Tech Products (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for client products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software
  • Utilize a call flow guide to manage inbound customer support inquiries
  • Document and track information in databases for effective issue resolution
  • Maintain knowledge of client products, including smartphones, tablets, and computers
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build customer relationships
  • Proficiency in using and explaining technology
  • A quiet, distraction-free home environment for remote work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule during operational hours (8am-11:30pm EST)
