• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for client products
• Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client services
• Document and track customer interactions in databases
• Maintain knowledge of client products, including smartphones, tablets, and computers
• Assist customers using a call flow guide to ensure effective support

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
• Comfortable explaining technology and building customer relationships
• Quiet, distraction-free home workspace with high-speed internet access

• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes
