Our client, a leading provider of legal and administrative services, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adept at multitasking and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch. Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote – Anywhere in Canada
Pay Rate: $27/hour

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
• Assist clients and customers with account-related inquiries and issues.
• Provide accurate information about service sand company policies to customers.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree is an asset).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and customer service software.
