A leading airline company is seeking a Customer Service representative to handle inquiries and complaints from customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent Dutch language skills and ideally experience in the tourism industry. Responsibilities include processing inquiries and actively contributing to sales of flight tickets. The position allows for full remote or on-site work options and requires a high school diploma.

Shift work and weekends may be necessary.
