Bilingual Claims Service Specialist - Katy, Tx

Salary: $24.62-$30.77 per hour / $49,609.30-$62,001.55 annually

+10% additional differential for bilingual skillset
+10% evening differential for applicable shifts

Hybrid role:
Training 100% in-office (6-9 months); post training 4 days a week in office and work from home 1 day a week

Many associates see a base salary increase of 10% within their first year as a Bilingual Claims Service Specialist.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• 12 months+ of relevant customer service and/or transaction processing experience
• Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction
• Solid computer multitasking skills
• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to expand on these abilities
• Ability to work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, college degree or currently pursuing preferred
• Eagerness to explore new skills and openness to different career path

Education/

Certifications:

• An associate’s degree or higher (preferred)
• Active Adjusters insurance license (preferred)
