Overview
Path2 is delighted to be working with a fantastic nationally recognised company seeking inbound call centre agents to join their expanding operation. This is a work from home vacancy with no travel to the office required and all equipment will be provided including a laptop.
Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls dealing with customer queries in a polite and professional manner
- Log calls on internal system
- Booking, rescheduling and logging cancellations
- Escalate any complaints to the correct department

£25,396 per annum
Shifts40 hours per week Monday Friday between 8am 8pm (Full Flexibility)
