£18 - £22 per hour.
3-month temporary contract. 37 hours per week.
Flexible working, but must be able to get to Oxfordshire once a week.
Your new company
Is a local authority serving a vibrant, historic city, providing a wide range of essential public services that support residents, businesses and visitors. Its responsibilities span housing, planning, environmental services, community wellbeing, leisure and cultural services, as well as economic development and regeneration.
Your new role
Will be as the first point of contact for both tenants and leaseholders with compliments, queries or complaints in relation to the landlord service they provide. You will be expected to investigate and respond to complaints in accordance with their complaints procedure and will work closely with the team manager, to drive successful outcomes that benefit the tenants' lives. The majority of responses will be via email, so it is essential you have excellent written communication skills, but there will also be the need to deal with queries on the phone, as and where required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in housing and complaint handling as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. If you have experience within housing and feel your skills are transferable to a role such as this, but you do not have complaint handling experience, your application may be considered.
