Position: Student Response Specialist (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Engage with potential students through inbound and outbound phone calls and chat, assessing their eligibility for enrollment
  • Utilize effective questioning techniques to gather relevant information and provide guidance on available program options
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and creating a welcoming environment for prospective students
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and outcomes using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to enhance outreach strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales‑oriented roles
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
  • Strong interpersonal skills to connect with diverse individuals
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, capable of multitasking effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Previous experience in a student services or higher education environment
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Experience using CRM systems and databases
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
