Verantwortungsbereich
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die tägliche physische & digitale Erfassung von Leadanfragen / Rückmeldungen (z.B. Talonerfassung)
  • Ebenfalls überprüfst und verantwortest du die Kontaktangaben von Leads auf Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit
  • Die Nachbearbeitung von Events, z.B. die Erfassung von Rückmeldungen sowie Terminwünschen gehört zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich
  • Du bist zuständig für den Download der Social-Media-Leads und deren anschliessende Weiterbearbeitung
  • Die Kontaktmailbox und das Bearbeiten von Kundenanfragen liegt in deiner Verantwortung, zudem kümmerst du dich um die Zuteilung an die richtigen Ansprechpartner
  • Bei Bedarf Mitwirkung in kleineren Projekten

  • Du bist engagiert, übernimmst aktiv Ownership über die dir übertragenen Tätigkeiten, hast Freude am Kundenkontakt und kommunizierst adressatengerecht
  • Als Teamplayer bringst dich aktiv ein und verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Deine kommunikative und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hohem Service–und Qualitätsanspruch zeichnet dich aus
  • Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, weitere Sprachen Französisch, Englisch von Vorteil
