Customer Service Agent – Smart Start Division
At Thibert’s Smart Start division, we are currently looking for passionate and motivated Customer Service Specialists to join our dynamic team!
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for participants enrolled in the ignition interlock (breathalyzer) program.
Location
On-site training in Châteauguay for 2 months
After training: 2 days on-site and 3 days remote (work from home)
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries in a proactive and courteous manner;
Answer an average of 40 calls per day, with a talk time of 8 to 10 minutes per call;
Resolve Level 1 participant complaints and escalate more complex cases when necessary;
Apply established procedures and tools to ensure timely and appropriate responses;
Schedule appointments and update participant information in the Smartrac system;
Take accurate notes in the call log and ensure consistent follow-up on requests;
Perform any other related tasks as required.
Benefits
Hourly wage: up to $20/hour;
On-site training in Châteauguay for 2 months, with continuous support from a senior agent to answer all your questions;

Required Skills
Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on active listening and problem-solving;
Ability to remain calm and professional, even in challenging situations;
English proficiency – advanced/bilingual level (an asset).
