Work Schedule:35 hours per week

  • Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (only working five 8-hour shifts within that period)

  • The work schedule will include all Saturdays for the first year.

    After 12 months,you’llhave the opportunity to transition toa 5-week rotation

  • During the first year, working on statutory holidays isrequired, andyou'llbe compensated according to labor standards.

  • During the training phase, you may be asked to come in up to 4 days a week.

    After the successful completion of training, we offer a hybrid work model that provides the balance between working from home and enjoying meaningful in-person interactions.

  • Whatyou'lldohere:

  • Play a key role in optimally protecting our customers' most valuable assets by advising them on appropriate insurance products, answering their product questions and guiding them through the next steps.

  • Analyze individual customer needs, promote and cross-sell personal insurance products and services.

  • Accept and efficiently process payment method changes, ensuring that customer accounts are updated in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Handle telephone and electronic inquiries from existing customers in a professional and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.

  • Whatyoubring:

  • At least one year of customer service experience required; previous call center experience is preferred

  • Previous experience in sales and customer loyalty ishighly desirable

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for customers and colleagues, and the ability to understand and empathize with others.

  • Tech-savvy abilities, with confidence in navigating various systems.

  • Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure

  • You must be prepared to study for and pass the provincial insurance licensing exam with the support of our in-house training team.

  • Bilingualism in English and French isan asset

  • No Canadian work experiencerequiredhowever must be eligible to work in Canada.
