Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Remote

WE’RE LOOKING FOR A BILINGUAL (FRENCH/ENGLISH) LEAD GENERATION AGENT !!

A professional with excellent customer service and outbound calling experience to join a dynamic team in a short-term lead generation project.

This FULLY REMOTE role is ideal for someone who’s confident on the phone, tech-savvy, and excited about connecting with new people every day.

1 Year Contract

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, with availability between 9 AM and 9 PM
Salary $19.50

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads for the sales team
- Use a short script as a guide, but keep the conversation natural and engaging
- Record accurate client information and flag potential leads
- Pitch the service with clarity and confidence
- Maintain a positive and professional tone throughout each call
- Adapt to shifting priorities as the project evolves

Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service in Call center roles ( Minimum 6 months)
- Fully bilingual in Verbal English and French ( Clients will be from all over Canada)
- Comfortable following scripts while holding a natural, fluid conversation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette
- Tech requirements: PC with Windows (Mac not compatible), Ethernet connection, USB headset
- Able to work Monday–Friday, with availability between 9 AM and 9 PM
