We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Winnipeg. This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid workstyle, allowing you to work from home four days a week and from our Winnipeg office one day a week. Your journey will begin with 4-6 weeks of paid training, followed by 2-3 weeks of mentorship to ensure your success.

The start date for this role is September 24th.

Competitive Salary: $44,000 - $48,500 annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and helpful responses to existing and new members with the highest level of customer service.

• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve telephone and email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely manner.

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls while maintaining efficiency and quality of service.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills are essential.

• Must have strong computer skills and the ability to multitask by using multiple screens and systems simultaneously.

• Must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening.

• Previous customer service or call centre experience is required.

• Must have a high school diploma.

• Ability to work under pressure.
