• Must be 18+ years of age
• High school diploma (or GED equivalent)

Ability to multitask in and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customers

Ability to provide essential technical support through phone and chat, showcasing flexibility in communication methods.

Please be aware that you may be placed in a class that is not chat‑trained, depending on availability. Currently all of our roles include phone support.

• Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
• Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
• A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
• Home office must be a noise/distraction‑free environment
• Desk and an ergonomic chair
