Your mission
As a Customer Care Agent, you will be the first point of contact for clients in California, Colorado, or Texas, helping them get the best out of our solution by answering calls and emails and solving technical issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously via phone and email.
- Provide accurate information about our platform and its features.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and, when necessary, escalates complex problems to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Support ongoing improvement of the Customer Development operation.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or support experience, using technical documentation to navigate platforms and processes.
- At least 6 months of experience troubleshooting hardware or software remotely.
- Ability to quickly grasp and explain new technologies, product updates, and systems to end‑users.
- Experience communicating customer issues to internal teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative and open work environment with bi‑annual reviews and strong feedback culture.
- Flexible hybrid model with meeting hub in Atlanta; team distributed across the US.
- Work from abroad with up to 40 days outside the USA allowed.
