  What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Experience handling cash payments and self-pay collections
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Knowledge of office equipment, including computers, software applications, printers, and billing programs
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or collections
