Customer Service Rep, Call Center / Support, Bilingual
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a difference in people’s lives? We are seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our team! As the frontline of our organization, you’ll provide outstanding support to members and clients while ensuring smooth coordination of transportation services for ADA Core Services and other disability‑based programs.
What You’ll Do- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist members, clients, and facilities.
- Verify eligibility and schedule non‑emergent transportation and paratransit services.
- Provide top‑quality customer service to a diverse population.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in transportation management systems.
- Process picture IDs and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Respond to inquiries and document complaints professionally and promptly.
- Support special projects and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Minimum: 1 year of call center experience (any industry).
- Preferred: Experience managing high‑volume calls (approximately 80/day).
- Ability to work with an automatic dialer system (calls are back‑to‑back).
- Dedicated workspace and reliable internet (30 Mbps minimum; no hotspots).
- Must be fully available during work hours (cannot be in a caretaking role).

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ. All candidates must live within 40 miles of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
