A leading AI software startup is looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist to join its remote team. The successful candidate will be the primary contact for customer inquiries and will provide support via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include advising customers on software usage, tracking interactions, and conducting onboarding. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in customer support, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on customer experience.

The role is based on a flexible schedule, working from 8am-5pm UTC+8.
