What will you do?As a Customer Services Specialist at DKV Euro Service B.V. you are the point of contact for our customers and actively contribute to strengthening customer relationships and commercial growth. You support customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg with their mobility needs, advise them, identify commercial opportunities and work closely with the field sales team to prepare quotations, follow up on requests and actively look for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
You will join an engaged and enthusiastic team of 12 colleagues and report to the Team Lead Customer Consultancy.
Your responsibilities- First point of contact for customers and field sales by phone
- Answering customer questions/requests via email
- Recording activities and processing changes in CRM systems
- Acting as a link between customer and field sales
- Advising customers on solutions
- Making courtesy calls to new customers to welcome them and answer any questions about our products and services
- Supporting sales through upselling
- Availability of at least 32 hours per week (maximum 40 hours)
- Minimum completed vocational education (MBO)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Stress-resistant
- Excellent command of Dutch and English; knowledge of French and German is a plus
- Strong customer-oriented attitude and communication skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented work style
- Ability to assess situations and translate them into concrete actions within existing processes
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- One-year contract with the possibility of permanent employment
