Are you known for your excellent communication skills and your ability to connect with people? We are gearing up to hire both part-time and full-time representatives for upcoming positions in New Brunswick.

As a Bilingual Customer Service Government Representative , you will provide telephone assistance on behalf of a government entity by answering citizen informational needs. Thanks to the equipment delivery and the team dedicated to support you, you will be able to start your training and grow your career right from the comfort of your own home*.

  • Your position in a glimpse:

  • Provide a warm, informed and solution-oriented service to each citizen requiring a phone assistance;
  • Kindly assist people by:
    Answering their questions related to administrative document renewal processes;
    Scheduling in-centre appointments;
    Directing them to another service, if needed.
  • Handle calls with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Qualifications:

  • You are bilingual : you must speak fluent English and French to interact with French and English-speaking customers in Canada. Answering customers in English will be required for most calls.
  • Eligibility criteria:
    Be available during the following business hours:
    Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. (EST). Full-time (35 à 40 hours) and part-time (20 hours) positions are available.
    * Please note that you must be able to work from the Moncton centre if any business change would require it;
    * At home, have a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet space;
  • Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously and proficiency with navigating multiple computer applications;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy helping and interacting with people!
  • Training start date:
    January 20th, 2026
