As a Bilingual Customer Service Government Representative , you will provide telephone assistance on behalf of a government entity by answering citizen informational needs. Your position in a glimpse:

Provide a warm, informed and solution-oriented service to each citizen requiring a phone assistance;

Kindly assist people by:
Answering their questions related to administrative document renewal processes;
Scheduling in-centre appointments;
Directing them to another service, if needed.

Handle calls with discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

You are bilingual : you must speak fluent English and French to interact with French and English-speaking customers in Canada. Answering customers in English will be required for most calls.

Eligibility criteria:
Be available during the following business hours:
Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. (EST). Full-time (35 à 40 hours) and part-time (20 hours) positions are available.
* Please note that you must be able to work from the Moncton centre if any business change would require it;
* At home, have a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet space;

Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously and proficiency with navigating multiple computer applications;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy helping and interacting with people!

January 20th, 2026
