A customer service firm is looking for 2 customer service agents in Dubai to manage online support through Whats App, email, and social media. The ideal candidates should be fluent in Arabic and English, have fast typing skills, and be adept at handling multiple conversations. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, confirming Cash on Delivery orders, and providing professional support while ensuring quality service.

Previous experience in online customer service is preferred.
