We are hiring 2 customer service agents to handle online support and order confirmation via Whats App, email, and chat platforms

- Reply to customer inquiries through Whats App, email, and social media chats.
- Confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders via written communication.
- Verify customer details (name, phone number, address).
- Accurately enter and update order information.
- Follow up with the shipping team to ensure orders are processed smoothly.
- Handle complaints and provide professional customer support.
- Provide clear and helpful responses to customers.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written communication).
- Fast typing skills and professional chat etiquette.
- Ability to handle multiple conversations at the same time.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable device for remote work.
- Commitment to work schedules and daily targets.
- Previous experience in online customer service or chat-based sales is preferred.
