The Role
What Will You Do?
We need a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Onboarding Specialist to ensure a seamless experience for new clients as they begin their journey with Smartpricing. You will guide clients through onboarding, help them understand our products, and integrate our solutions.
You Will Be Responsible For

Managing end-to-end onboarding for new clients, including account setup, product configuration, and initial training.
Conducting personalized training sessions and webinars to educate clients on using our solutions.
Serving as the primary point of contact during onboarding, addressing questions and providing solutions.
Creating and maintaining onboarding documentation, guides, and resources.
Collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a cohesive experience and provide feedback for product improvements.

What Are We Looking For?

Strong background in client onboarding, customer success, or a related SaaS role.
Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, conveying complex info clearly.
Critical thinking, proactive problem solving, and strong client relationship skills.
Previous hospitality industry experience is a plus.
German native; professional fluency in Italian and English.
