Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading Energy Company. This remote position, based in Greece, is perfect for individuals who are passionate about renewable energy and customer service. You will play a pivotal role in assisting customers with their inquiries while providing comprehensive support in Italian.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries regarding energy services, billing, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Italian
Provide detailed information about energy plans, pricing options, and sustainability initiatives
Assist customers with account setup, service modifications, and troubleshooting issues
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently, ensuring a positive experience
Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction
Stay informed about industry trends and updates in the energy sector to provide relevant assistance
Requirements
Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the energy or utilities sector
Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively with patience
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries in a remote setting
Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital communication tools
Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work
