As a Travel Consultant at Ten Lifestyle Group, an internationally leading lifestyle management company, you will serve a sophisticated premium clientele and design tailor-made journeys that meet the highest standards.

In this role, you will combine your expertise in travel with a keen sense for luxury, trends, and service quality. You are not just a consultant – you become a trusted point of contact for clients seeking exceptional experiences worldwide.

• Advise premium cardholder clients by phone and email in French and English.
• Handle customer inquiries from quote preparation to billing for individual trips.
• Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies.
• Create tailored offers, travel documents, and detailed itineraries.
• Passionately advise and facilitate unique travel experiences.
• Actively sell special promotions and exclusive offers.

• Excellent language skills in professional French and English (C2).
• Additional language such as German or Italian is an advantage.
• Tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in tourism.
• Several years of professional experience in the travel industry.
• GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus).
• Excellent destination knowledge across key global regions.
• Strong passion for travel and luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, culture.
• Service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude and alignment with Ten Group values.
• Strong communication skills.

• Full-time availability (40 hrs per week).
• Flexibility to work 5 days a week between 07:00 and 22:00 SAST, Sunday to Thursday.

• Hybrid working arrangement – at least 2 days a week in the office if commutable distance.
