We’re excited to offer opportunities for Customer Service Representatives to join our team at Edinburgh Airport during the busy summer peak.
This is an exciting opportunity to become the face of our brand, delivering outstanding service to customers renting vehicles for their travel needs. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and have a natural flair for building relationships, we want to hear from you.
This is a temporary position starting from the beginning of March until the end of September. Shifts are available across seven days a week between 7 am–10 pm. The contracted hours will be 45, but flexibility with working days and times is essential – shifts will vary over 7 days a week and across the 7‑hour rota.
The pay will be £12.41 per hour.
Responsibilities- Triage customers at the rental counter, assisting them with their needs.
- Greet customers warmly upon their arrival at the rental counter.
- Provide information about available vehicle options, rental rates, and additional services such as insurance coverage.
- Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and signed.
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rental periods, noting any pre‑existing damage.
- Support in the parking area with any customer questions.
- Drive and move vehicles as part of daily responsibilities, safely operating vehicles of various sizes.
- Address inquiries or concerns from customers regarding their rental experience, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding vehicle maintenance, safety, and security, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer‑focused attitude.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Full UK manual driver’s licence required.
- In accordance with current government guidelines, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role as the role does not appear on the Home Office list of RQF Level 6 roles approved for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker system.

- You must be over 21 years of age for insurance purposes.
