We are currently recruiting for an Empty Property Officer to join our very busy New Customers team. Our aim is to provide our customers a positive journey at a stressful time, so they recommend us to everyone they know and become the landlord of choice.
What could you be doing?As an Empty Property Officer you will liaise with customers, internal stakeholders and colleagues to ensure properties are let without delay in adherence to company policy and procedures.
You will provide an efficient and responsive service to new and existing customers at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction is a priority while achieving and exceeding KPI targets.
This role is home‑based but requires you to travel into the office at least once a month for team meetings and training. Our offices are in Worcester and Solihull; candidates should ideally be based in the Midlands and have the ability to commute to one of these offices.
This role is on a fixed‑term contract until 31st December 2026.
What we are looking for?- Experience with in a Lettings role would be preferred, but experience within a Housing environment will also be considered.
- You will be an effective communicator with the ability to have difficult conversations with customers via phone, e‑mail and letter.
- You will have the ability to work towards and exceed KPIs.
- As this is a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same, you will possess excellent organisational skills and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment while working from home is paramount.
- Basic DBS check is required for this role.
