This position reports to:
Director, Data Center Services Center of Excellence.
Location:
United States, Maine. Remote work model.
- Coordinate service work performed at site and ensure it complies with ABB's and customer's guidelines.
- Act as a single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job.
- Deliver responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations and experience.
- Maintain continuous communication with customers and manage requirements and enquiries.
- Plan, schedule and oversee all service jobs with necessary resources, spare parts and logistics.
- Manage customer satisfaction by ensuring that ABB fulfills its contractual obligations and business requirements.
- Manage the service order process from quotation to invoicing and cash collection.
- Prepare and manage all required reporting and documentation in a timely manner.
- Identify suggestions for product, quality and customer service improvement and discuss them with management.
- Coordinate activities with other ABB units and teams to harmonize service activities and maximize service sales.
- Apply functional processes consistently, considering links to other teams.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office applications, SAP, and Salesforce.
- Strong organizational skills and proven ability to coordinate, execute, and follow through on tasks and projects.

Expected salary: $79,800 – $127,680 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
