Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients looking to book cruise vacations.

Understand client preferences, budget constraints, and special requirements to tailor cruise options accordingly.

Research and stay up-to-date with the latest cruise offerings, itineraries, and industry trends.

Build and maintain strong relationships with cruise lines, suppliers, and partners to secure the best deals and exclusive offers for clients.

Create detailed cruise itineraries, including excursions, dining options, and onboard activities, to meet the unique needs of each client.

Assist clients with booking accommodations, transportation, and any additional travel arrangements related to their cruise.

Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.

Stay organized by maintaining accurate records, documentation, and client communication..

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen to client preferences and provide suitable recommendations.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Passion for travel and a genuine desire to help clients create lifelong memories.

Must be 18 years or older
