Position: Dutch Speaking Customer Service for Online Travel & Tour Packages Department

Overview

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a passionate Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Online Travel & Tour Packages Department. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, helping them plan and book their dream travel experiences through our comprehensive tour packages.

Your fluency in Dutch will be essential as you assist clients with inquiries regarding destinations, itineraries, booking processes, and any other travel-related questions. You will play a significant role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building memorable travel journeys for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat regarding travel and tour package inquiries
  • Assist customers with trip planning, including itineraries, accommodations, and activities
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth booking and travel processes
  • Gather customer feedback to continuously improve service quality
  • Stay informed about travel trends and popular tour packages to provide informed recommendations
Qualifications
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in travel or tourism, is desirable
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Genuine passion for travel and helping customers create amazing experiences
  • Familiarity with travel industry software and CRM systems is advantageous
