Mercier Consultancy is delighted to offer a position for a German Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Online iGaming Department! In this important role, you will serve as a primary contact for our German-speaking clients, providing assistance with their inquiries related to online gaming. Your aim will be to create a positive and engaging experience for customers by delivering clear information and effective solutions.
This position is suited for individuals who are passionate about the iGaming industry and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with a team of professionals, responding to customer needs and helping to maintain a friendly gaming environment. Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in German through phone, live chat, and email
- Assist clients with account management, game rules, and promotional offers
- Document customer interactions accurately in our support systems
- Coordinate with the marketing team to share information on current promotions
- Handle disputes professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Stay knowledgeable about the latest gaming trends and compliance regulations
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through outstanding service
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the iGaming or online gaming sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Proven ability to effectively address inquiries and resolve customer issues
- Understanding of iGaming platforms and industry regulations is a plus
