Our Canadian-based client provides flexible & hybrid office spaces with an all-in-one software in order to manage offices and enable employees to work from anywhere. They are looking for a Senior Client Onboarding & Support Specialist that will be responsible for training & onboarding new clients and answering various support questions.
Qualifications- You are fully proficient in English written and spoken.
- You are (very) tech savvy.
- You have more than 5 years of support experience in the software industry.
- You are familiar with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or other support softwares.
- You love to talk to clients and ensure that they have a good experience.
- You love to write and teach.
- You think fast and love to figure things out.
- You will onboard clients on our software.
- You will answer to support requests.
- You will create self-serve knowledge base articles.
- You will help produce support videos in collaboration with the Customer Success Manager.
- You will help the Customer Success Manager with continuous improvement of the support operations.
Between 1.5k$ and 2.5k$ per month (Base + Commission) with an opportunity to grow inside the company.
ScheduleMonday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5 pm EST.
