Hi there! We are South and our client is looking for a Senior Client Onboarding & Support Specialist!

About the company and the role

Our Canadian-based client provides flexible & hybrid office spaces with an all-in-one software in order to manage offices and enable employees to work from anywhere. The industry is growing quickly at 30% YOY and it is forecasted that 30% of all office spaces will be flexible in 2030, unlocking great career potential and opportunities for members of their team in the future.

They are looking for a Senior Client Onboarding & Support Specialist that will be responsible for training & onboarding new clients and answering various support questions.

Qualifications
  • You are fully proficient in English written and spoken.
  • You are (very) tech savvy.
  • You have more than 5 years of support experience in the software industry.
  • You are familiar with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or other support softwares.
  • You love to talk to clients and ensure that they have a good experience.
  • You love to write and teach.
  • You think fast and love to figure things out.
Responsibilities
  • You will onboard clients on our software.
  • You will answer to support requests.
  • You will create self-serve knowledge base articles.
  • You will help produce support videos in collaboration with the Customer Success Manager.
  • You will help the Customer Success Manager with continuous improvement of the support operations.
Compensation

Between 1.5k$ and 2.5k$ per month (Base + Commission) with an opportunity to grow inside the company.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5 pm EST.

Perks
