Position: Customer Success Lead - Event Manager (Pharma Congress Experience Required) - Remote

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Act as the primary contact for the operations team and elevate issues to the Customer Success Manager as necessary
  • Lead event planning and management for significant client programs, ensuring adherence to client expectations
  • Analyze and improve operational systems and processes to enhance service delivery
  • Track and manage client budgets while identifying financial opportunities post-program
  • Build proactive relationships with high-volume client meeting owners and ensure ongoing client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of three years of experience in the travel industry, specifically in managing meetings and events
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight timelines
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for both internal and client-facing interactions
  • Experience with managing program life cycles, including reconciliation
  • Must be able to travel up to 35% of the time, including internationally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Knowledge of virtual and hybrid event options
  • Familiarity with Cvent and database management programs
  • Experience working in a virtual office environment
  • Proximity to client headquarters offices
  • Ability to train account team/planners on specific account processes and needs
