What You'll DoThis role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers and solving real issues.
Guide customers through their buying journey, from first questions to final configurations
Respond to customers via phone, live chat, and email with clarity and professionalism
Recommend the right systems for gamers, creators, and professionals
Manage multiple active conversations while maintaining accuracy
Resolve support tickets quickly and clearly
Use AI tools like ChatGPT to improve troubleshooting speed and response quality
Work closely with a team passionate about technology and customer excellence
Nationwide work-from-home role
Standard 5-day work week (Mon–Fri)
Optional 4-day weeks during non-peak seasons

Confidence using AI tools like ChatGPT to support customers
Typing speed of 40+ WPM
High school diploma or equivalent
Must reside within the United States
2–4 years of customer service or phone-based sales experience
Experience with CRMs or customer service platforms
Hands-on experience helping others build PCs or troubleshoot gaming setups
