Ensure effective operation and continuous improvement of Customer Service, Sales (Telemarketing), and Debt Collection functions and teams across European countries. The role combines daily operational support with ownership of cross-country projects that improve efficiency, customer experience, and business results.
OUTCOMES- Lead, support and coordinate Customer Care, Sales (Telemarketing), and Debt Collection activities across European countries, with guidance and collaboration from the HUB COO
- Organize own work and support teams to ensure smooth daily operations in line with company values
- Take ownership of projects from start to finish, such as introducing new call evaluation forms, tools, automation, or AI-based calling solutions in specific markets
- Improve team efficiency and company performance through process optimization, automation, and data-driven decisions
- Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, prepare reports, and ensure high-quality execution of processes
- Handle and resolve complex customer or operational cases
- Collaborate closely with other departments to enhance customer experience and operational scalability
- Experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Debt Collection teams
- Experience coordinating or leading people, processes, or projects
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with KPIs, reports, and performance metrics
- Interest in process improvement, automation, and new technologies
- Willingness to learn new areas, take ownership, and continuously improve existing processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM and call center systems is an advantage
- High level of responsibility, proactivity, and hands-on mindset
- Excellent Latvian and English skills required, as work involves communication with colleagues from different countries
