French Speaking Customer Service Online Department

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in French through phone, email, and chat regarding online travel bookings
• Assist customers with inquiries about flights, accommodations, travel packages, and itinerary changes
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions related to bookings and travel plans
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and ensure timely responses
• Gather customer feedback to continuously improve our services
• Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and offerings to provide informed recommendations

• Fluency in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in the travel industry, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine passion for travel and helping customers create excellent travel experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
