Our client is a company redefining how hotels connect with guests through smart technology. Their platform helps hoteliers simplify operations, improve guest satisfaction, and grow their business.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join the team full-time. In this role, you will ensure that every client gets the most out of the platform, guiding them through onboarding, providing ongoing support, and building long-term relationships. This is a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead new clients through a smooth 4-week onboarding process, ensuring they are confident and fully set up on the platform.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via email, chat, and phone, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them reach their goals.
  • Participate in on-site client visits and assist with training design and delivery when needed.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in hotel operations (e.g., front desk, reservations).
  • Familiarity with PMS, channel management, and revenue systems.
  • Strong communication, empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Fluent in Dutch; additional European languages are a plus.
