As the primary point of contact for our clients, your strong communication skills and commitment to service excellence will be crucial. You will play a vital role in fostering long-term relationships and enhancing client satisfaction through attentive support and proactive solutions.

• Create and nurture relationships with Spanish-speaking clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
• Respond to inquiries and manage client issues with professionalism and urgency.
• Identify trends in client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation of all interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best service delivery.
• Engage in continuous learning to strengthen your knowledge of our products and services.

• Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written);
  English knowledge is beneficial.
• Relevant experience in client relations or customer service roles is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a keen ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient in problem-solving and maintaining a client-centric approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
