Location:

Derby area, Work from home – no travel to office required. All equipment including a laptop will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and address customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
  • Log calls on the internal system.
  • Book, reschedule, and log cancellations.
  • Escalate any complaints to the correct department.
