Location:
Derby area, Work from home – no travel to office required. All equipment including a laptop will be provided.
- Answer inbound calls and address customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
- Log calls on the internal system.
- Book, reschedule, and log cancellations.
- Escalate any complaints to the correct department.
