Path2 is delighted to be working with a fantastic nationally recognised company seeking inbound call centre agents in the North Yorkshire and York area to join their expanding operation. This is a work-from-home vacancy with no travel to the office required and all equipment will be provided including a laptop.
ResponsibilitiesInbound call centre agents are a vital part of our team and day‑to‑day duties will include answering inbound calls and dealing with customer queries in a polite and professional manner, logging calls on the internal system, booking, rescheduling, and logging cancellations, and escalating any complaints to the correct department.

£25,396 per annum
Shifts40 hours per week Monday‑Friday between 8am‑8pm. Full flexibility.
