• Handling warranties & replacements
• Giving product tips & recommendations (because you know whats best).

• You speak the required language fluently (min. C1 level)
• Youve got an eye for the detail
• Problem-solving is your superpower
• You act cool under pressure & you are able to stay calm and professional when things dont go as planned
• Customer support, tech‑support or sales experience nice to have but not a deal breaker!
